It feels so good when you accomplish a task like being able to fit in clothes you haven’t been able to wear for awhile due to having gained weight.

I agree that it takes so much more time to lose weight than it does to gain weight.

So as I blog about weight management, I’m indeed speaking about myself as well.

After skimming through some sites after googling health and wellness, I found the following perspective:
