Are Mindsets and Attitudes the Same or Different?

According to, Selfpause: A mindset is a person’s mental attitude or set of beliefs about something. It is a way of thinking that determines how a person responds to and interprets situations. A person’s mindset can be different from their attitude or outlook, which is their general disposition or perspective on life.

What do you think of this perception about the difference between a mental attitude and the general attitude of a person?

Is there more than one mental attitude and an overall attitude of a person or are there various attitudes within a person that constitute a mindset?

Hmmm…something to ponder.

In the interim please peruse: https://selfpause.com/mindset/examples-of-mindset/

Cheers!
