If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

If you are under eighteen (18), you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Violations may result in termination and legal action.

8. User Generated Content

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

You may cancel at any time through:

Cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds unless required by law.

Free Trials

If we offer a free trial:

• Billing may begin automatically after the trial period ends.
• You must cancel before the trial expiration to avoid charges.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Roku, Stripe, etc.). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law:

• All purchases are non-refundable.
• Refunds for app-store purchases must be requested directly from the respective platform.

 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Users will be notified of material price changes before they take effect.

18. Binding Arbitration

Agreement to Arbitrate

You and Universal Citizens Media agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

• These Terms
• The Privacy Policy
• Your use of the Service
• Advertising or subscription charges

shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise stated below.

No Class Actions

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

You waive the right to:

• Participate in a class action lawsuit
• Participate in a class-wide arbitration
• Act as a representative plaintiff

Arbitration Procedure

Arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules.

The arbitration will:

• Be conducted in California unless otherwise required
• Be conducted in English
• Allow reasonable discovery

The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

Exceptions

Either party may:

• Bring claims in small claims court (if eligible)
• Seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations

Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

19. DMCA Policy

Universal Citizens Media respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe content available on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice.

DMCA Notice Requirements

Your written notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is unauthorized
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
6. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)

Counter-Notification

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
